Kim is an outstanding property manager who consistently goes above and beyond to help us out, and her knowledge, resourcefulness, and willingness to work collaboratively with us has been greatly appreciated. She is always approachable and happy for us to be hands-on when needed, which we really value. The admin/front office girls are also incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and every interaction with the team has been a pleasure. It genuinely feels like they care about both their clients and the properties they manage.
