Agencies in Northbridge, NSW, 2063

Chris and his team were very professional and efficient in finding a an excellent and suitable tenant for my apartment. And negotiating and attaining a great weekly rental rate as well. Would highly recommend.

Chai Dahari the Leasing Manager displayed great professionalism & was lovely to deal from start to finish. He was excellent at communicating with us and keeping us updated along the way which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend Chai & the David Murphy team!

Great agency - punctual, up to the point with honest recommendations. Would recommend!

Unlike a previous managing agent, Casey and Gabrielle at Stone Real Estate, Crows Nest have been most professional in handling the needs of our rental properties, giving prompt attention to any maintenance issues and thereby keeping good tenants happy.

We are just a normal family renting a cozy house through stones real estate. Although all the agents we met so far had been very supportive, Cynthia went above our expectations with her amazingly caring and heartwarming visit. As a tenant we rarely get this especially during regular inspections, no matter how hard we try to keep the place clean with respect. Cynthia acknowledged our effort and was more attentive to the safety requirements for our kids, rather than trying to find something negative to point out. (Which I never have experienced but have heard a lot that happens at inspections) I am even looking forward to her next visit now and am assured that our tenacy rests in her hands. Thank you!

Excellent results.
