Easy to deal with and great at keeping me in the loop :)

I had a wonderful experience with Xceed Real Estate. The entire process of securing our rental property was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Rimi Birdi was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout every step. She answered all of our questions promptly and made us feel valued as tenants. We truly appreciate the excellent service and the care shown during the application process. Thank you for making our move into our new home such a positive experience. I highly recommend Xceed Real Estate and especially Rimi Birdi to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

I had a great experience with the Agent. Their communication was clear and professional, making everything easy to understand. They showed strong market knowledge and gave helpful insights throughout the process. Their negotiation skills were impressive, ensuring a fair and beneficial outcome. Overall, they were reliable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The whole process went very smooth, the property was listed during Christmas holidays however the agents were so supportive. The property had 2 home open and a private viewing and was leased straight away.

LJ Hooker made the renting experience a whole lot easier, with excellent communication and lots of useful information. Would definitely recommend to friends.

LJ Hooker have looked after our property for several years. Krystyl has been our property manager for the past 3-4 years. She has been excellent, responsive, professional and friendly. Nothing is to difficult for her. Krystyl knows the local market and provides insightful and timely advice. She keeps us regularly informed. Krystyl looks after our property and our tenants. I could not recommend her and LJ Hooker highly enough.
