Having experienced their service as both a renting tenant and now a landlord they have been amazing to deal with. Good natured with a team attitude, and highly responsive and empathetic to needs of tenants and property owners. They are ruthless in keeping property owners up-to-date and informed to feel secure about important decisions regarding the maintenance of buildings and the requirements of much loved tenants. They inspected the property after the old tenants moved out and advised and facilitated the minor repairs needed prior to the new tenants moving in.
