Torrie is very easy to talk to. When we have a query, she is quick to respond and fix problem if there is one. would recommend Torrie very highly.

Tania is an exceptional leasing and property manager. She is incredibly responsive and communicative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team

My wife and I have recently sold our home on the Gold Coast and have moved to Toowoomba for job transfers. Yvonne and her wonderful team made a very stressful time very stress-free. Their communication was excellent as we were organising a rental property from 2 hours away, their processing time was very quick and nothing was too much trouble. Yvonne and her team were highly personable and professional at all times. Well done ladies, you are a credit to your company! Ryan and Linelle
