We had an excellent experience with this estate agent. They helped us secure a rental property within a week of arriving, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The property was exactly as described in the listing, with no surprises when we viewed or moved in. Communication throughout was prompt, professional, and reliable, and the team was always easy to contact whenever we had questions. We really appreciated the quick turnaround and efficient handling of everything from viewing to application and approval. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and responsive estate agent.

Linda has been a breath of fresh air to deal with. Responsive outside of hours, such a pleasurable experience in such an unpleasant rental market where service is not a priority.

Excellent service and got it done.

Buxton Highton was super organised and informative with any questions we may have had. They helped us a lot with moving into our rental home and we are very happy and hope to rent with Buxton in the future!

Buxton is very easy to deal with. Both knowledgeable and excellent customer communication.

Sherrie has been absolutely wonderful. She went over and beyond to help give her views on properties that we were considering buying before we signed with her and has been very professional and communicative when renting our property out with her. Thanks Sherrie!
