Steven was handling both of my purchase of a property and also assist in renting it out. I have never feel so easy and hassle free throughout the process and all because of Steven's expertise, efficiency, prompt communication and professional. His negotiation skills is top as he had helped me very quickly rent out the property of the rental price that probably is the highest in the area. I am, without a doubt would refer and recommend Steve to my friends and network!

Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
