Since Park Properties took over management of our unit a few years after we purchased in 1999, they have handled all aspects of managing our property extremely well. They did an excellent job recently in organising refurbishment of our unit and arranging reletting in the face of a number of external problems, mainly noise from excavation and rebuilding actions in a vacant block adjacent to our building.
