They just help us solving the issue promptly in the kitchen which had been ignored by previous agency . REMAX just solve our issue in few days.

Strong communication, very responsive and made a great impression during the initial experience

We recently leased a property through this agent and could not be happier with the service we received. From our very first enquiry through to signing the lease and collecting the keys, the entire process was smooth, professional and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout. Every question was answered promptly, and we were kept informed at every stage of the process. The team demonstrated strong market knowledge, provided clear guidance, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. What really stood out was their professionalism, attention to detail and genuine willingness to help. They were approachable, responsive and always happy to assist with any queries we had. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. Their exceptional customer service and efficient approach made the whole experience seamless from start to finish.

Strong market knowledge and very professional

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.
