As someone who had never rented a property before and had just sold my home, I was understandably looking for a rental property that was not only high quality but also felt like the right place to call home. From my very first interaction with the team, I was incredibly impressed. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. The team was professional, prompt, approachable and always willing to answer any questions, which made what could have been a daunting experience feel incredibly straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the market was evident and I felt confident that I was receiving honest and helpful guidance throughout the process. They were also fantastic when it came to negotiation, listening to my circumstances and working with me to achieve a positive outcome for everyone involved. Most importantly, the entire team genuinely cared about providing a great experience rather than simply completing a transaction. Their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Having never rented before, I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through the process. I am extremely grateful for their support and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring real estate team. They were amazing from start to finish!

Chris from Stone Parramatta did an excellent job assisting us in finding a tenant for our property. He provided clear and valuable guidance on preparing the property, suggested practical improvements to enhance its appeal, explained the advertising strategy, and outlined the fees involved, which were very reasonable. He also ensured that the criteria for selecting a suitable tenant were carefully considered. Thanks to Chris, the entire process was smooth, professional, and easy to navigate.
