Our Tenancy agreement is due to expire and weeks prior Kelly was in constant communication, advising, updating and provided us with the property condition report. Throughout the term of the tenancy Kelly provided us with thorough property condition reports and promptly organised repairs. Thanks for all your hard work Kelly we appreciate all your efforts looking after our property.

My Property Manager, Victor Sikora has been handling my investment apartment for more than 5 years and goes out of his way to see the maintenance of it. Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
