Agencies in Riverwood, NSW, 2210

They had property inspections and gave me advices, help to chose tenant, communicate with me through email/mobile phone and look after the property account.

Been with Knapton for years and trust them explicitly with my premises. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Olivia is great, extremely approachable and friendly.

Knapton’s are a fantastic agency. As a landlord they are very thorough ensuring the property is inspected particularly during the tenancy and with tenants leaving ensuring the protection of bond and property. They also ensure regular compliance or fire safety reminders ensuring the safety of tenants but protecting landlords. Through with maintenance requests. Always through and high level of service to ensure the property is rented with prompt communication. Olivia in particular, is a fantastic and dedicated property manager for the business supporting landlords and tenants.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Their service was helpful and reliable. Great agent!

Very professional and lovely people to deal with.

Over the years great service

Mattheus has been incredibly helpful throughout my rental process. He always replied quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience much easier. Super friendly, organised, and easy to talk to. Really appreciate all his support!

I would like to pass on my sincere feedback and appreciation for Kristian Lovicu from Harris Tripp. My property had been on the rental market with another agency for three weeks without securing a tenant. Within less than five business days of Kristian taking over, he was able to secure an amazing tenant and made the entire process so easy and efficient for me. Kristian was incredibly professional, proactive and dedicated throughout the whole process. He never gave up and continued working hard until he secured the right tenant. I’m extremely grateful for his hard work, communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend Kristian to anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for their clients. Thank you, Kristian, for making what could have been a stressful process so smooth and effortless!

JP has been great in dealing with a number of issues with our property - really responsive.
