Easily came up with alternatives when delays cropped up.

The rental team have been incredibly helpful in assisting a smooth transition as a new tenant to one of their properties that they manage. The staff are friendly and have been incredibly accommodating with our personal needs as we navigate renting from them. They've been incredibly transparent and thorough in the information they've provided and are open and happy to discuss any queries I might have relating to the property I'm renting. Thank you for making this move so easy for me and my family.

We’ve been absolutely blown away by the service from Gabby and the team. The attention to detail, professionalism and overall quality of service has been second to none, and easily the best we’ve experienced from a property management agency. Gabby has been incredibly proactive, keeps us updated throughout everything and genuinely doesn’t miss a beat. She’s made getting our property ready and listed so easy, and we feel completely comfortable knowing it’s in such good hands. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

The team helped me find a house to rent for my young family incredibly fast. They were responsive and able to meet my requests immediately. I was in town for only a small window and the rentals manager arranged a team member to come out with only an hours notice for a property that I had not noticed was available. I'm happy to say we are now living happily in that very house. A big thanks to the team at FN Latrobe Valley!

This is the second time we have had the pleasure of being assisted by Carmen in finding our new home, and once again, she has exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Carmen took the time to genuinely understand our needs, preferences, and specifications rather than simply treating us as clients. What makes Carmen stand out is that she assisted us more like a trusted friend than a real estate agent. This made us feel very comfortable communicating openly with her and, most importantly, gave us the confidence to place our utmost trust in her. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart and was committed to helping us find a home that truly suited our family and requirements. Moving houses can be very challenging, especially when you have to coordinate the availability of a new property, finances, settlement arrangements, and many other unexpected circumstances. Despite these challenges, Carmen was incredibly understanding and flexible. She made the necessary adjustments and worked around our circumstances to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. What we appreciated most was that she never pressured us to compromise on the type of home we wanted. Instead, she worked hard to help us secure a property that matched our preferences and expectations. We are truly grateful for Carmen’s assistance and the level of service she provided us for the second time. Having someone we can trust, communicate with comfortably, and rely on throughout such an important decision gives us a great sense of security. We would be more than happy to have Carmen assist us again as our real estate agent in the future. Her professionalism, genuine care, and commitment to making the process as hassle-free as possible are qualities we greatly value and appreciation.

I've only been working with the Team at First National RE Latrobe for a couple of months, and I'm very happy with the service, response times, and I know their priority is to ensure my assett is well looked after and maintained. I highly recommend Tiarna, Jada, and the team at FN.
