Agencies in Adelaide

Over the past year, their upfront transparency, efficient advertising and tenant placement, consistently clear communication, and thorough screening have resulted in a reliable tenant who maintains the property well and pays rent on time, making the entire management process seamless and highly professional

Tiffany and the team at Barker Real Estate worked closely with our tenant to get them back on track with outstanding rent and water bills. We’re now two weeks in advance with no outstanding water bills, which is a fantastic result. During this period, the team also successfully increased the weekly rent in line with the current market. A great outcome all round, and we would highly recommend Tiffany and the Barker Real Estate team to anyone looking for a hardworking, proactive and dedicated real estate agent.

Good example is their recommendation on several occasions for selection of specific tenants on the basis of their assessments were correct 100% on each occasion

Great handover over rental property especially given I live out of the state. Had friends in there with a lot of my old furniture and the team were brilliant in going the extra mile to help sort everything

They have completed the process for renting timely and very smoothly.

From the very first contact, the service was friendly, clear, and made the whole process feel comfortable. Communication was excellent, with the team staying on top of things through calls and messages to answer my questions and support me every step of the way. I also really appreciate the agency's app, which makes it easy to review all the details of the property. Overall, a smooth and professional experience that I'd highly recommend.
