I'm a new landlord (first time I've rented out a property) and my experience with Professionals Modbury has been outstanding. Stacey and the team were so efficient and truly went above and beyond, to the extent of running the first open inspection on a public holiday. We had 7 groups through, 4 applications received and my property was leased out within 3 days of going live on the internet. Absolutely incredible and I'm a very happy landlord.

The All Adelaide Agency has worked hard to take care of my property needs. They have gone beyond what I would expect other agencies to do. Most recently Sally Pitman has been very helpful and taken a great deal of care with my property, and I would say has put the extra effort needed to succeed.

Any problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good advice for rental reviews etc. Regular property inspections are also valuable. Thanks.
