Agencies in South Australia

There was an issue with a tenant. We were unhappy with the lack of a sense of urgency and the lack of comunication through the process. The end result was reasonable but more communication would have reduced our stress levels. There is a new person managing the account and we have seen some improvement.

As a first time home owner and living interstate, I cannot thank Jo and Raine and Horne McLaren Vale enough. Through professional communication, knowledge and genuine care of my property, the transition through moving and getting quality tenants in was a seamless transition. They have also helped and guided me through all the little things that some first owners may not realise.
