Charlie and Lee were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of helping us secure our new home. The process was so smooth from start to finish, with regular updates and communication at every stage. Having applied for houses in the past, I’ve experienced very little communication throughout the process, so the difference with Charlie and Lee was huge. They were quick to respond, kept us informed, listened to what we needed and made us feel genuinely supported throughout the whole process.
