They have responded in a timely manner to any issues that have been raised and are proactive in their efforts. All this has occurred during COVID as well as the lockdown which for many, may have placed into the too hard basket.

Michael and Suzanne have been amazing to work with. They have been very respectful throughout our time renting with them. Some agents treat renters differently than people who own their own homes, not the case with Suzanne and Michael. They have always been prompt at getting back to us and really try to solve any issues very quickly. I cannot recommend them enough. We would certainly rent through them again .
