Agencies in St Leonards, NSW, 2065

Since Park Properties took over management of our unit a few years after we purchased in 1999, they have handled all aspects of managing our property extremely well. They did an excellent job recently in organising refurbishment of our unit and arranging reletting in the face of a number of external problems, mainly noise from excavation and rebuilding actions in a vacant block adjacent to our building. Nothing is ever a problem for them. We whole heartedly endorse all of the staff we have contact with.

We have been using Melissah and the team Park Props for nearly ten years to handle our property. Other family members a lot longer. Their communication regarding our unit is great, they are the market specialists in the area, their negotiation skills and professionalism excellent. We couldn't be any happier with their service. They handle numerous properties for different members of our family and we all highly recommend them whether you are intend to buy, sell or rent out a property.

Really helpful in assisting in finding a tenant for our investment property.

Peter is professional and enthusiastic on his job. He updates us on potential tenants every week. And he provides us with valuable advice.

I have had an amazing experience leasing out my property through Denox. The team at Denox has been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The entire leasing process was smooth and transparent, with clear communication at every step. Any maintenance requests from my tenants were handled promptly and efficiently, making it completely hassle-free for me as a landlord. Their dedication to excellent service and attention to detail have given me peace of mind, knowing my property is in great hands. I highly recommend Denox to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

It's with great pleasure to recommend Denox Global for their professional real estate services. Kevin assisted me in the rental management of my investment properties. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to work. I'd like to emphasize their strong negotiation skills, advocating for my best interests and achieving satisfactory outcomes. Kevin is quick in communication, keeping me informed and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. I would not hesitate to engage them again for future real estate needs and highly recommend Kevin to anyone seeking a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Diane has managed my property for almost five years. In that time she has sorted out some curly repair issues, has always been fast to act, and good at managing people and information to get the best outcomes for both me and my tenants. I am very confident in leaving my property in her hands.

The team at Harbourline were excellent to deal with, given the rental market has changed ,they did private inspections where required and also 7 days a week until they found us lovely tenants .Many thanks Diane and Ian
