I have been leasing out my investment property through Uniland for the past two years. Sunny Tang has been a perfect property manager. All property related affairs have been dealt with efficiently and professionally. With her expert advise, my property has barely been vacant.

Sunny Tang at Uniland Real Estate has been wonderfully responsive and helpful at all times. She is efficient in the execution of maintenance assistance and highly organised.

Sunny Tang is a highly professional and experienced agent. She provides us very useful advices from buying property to rent it out. She puts a lot of effort to make the property to be rented out easily with our expected price. Before buying the property, I requested her to help us to inspect the property and she did not hesitate to assist us. I would highly recommend Sunny as your agent to manage your property because of her energy, real estate knowledge and responsiveness. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

Since Park Properties took over management of our unit a few years after we purchased in 1999, they have handled all aspects of managing our property extremely well. They did an excellent job recently in organising refurbishment of our unit and arranging reletting in the face of a number of external problems, mainly noise from excavation and rebuilding actions in a vacant block adjacent to our building. Nothing is ever a problem for them. We whole heartedly endorse all of the staff we have contact with.

We have been using Melissah and the team Park Props for nearly ten years to handle our property. Other family members a lot longer. Their communication regarding our unit is great, they are the market specialists in the area, their negotiation skills and professionalism excellent. We couldn't be any happier with their service. They handle numerous properties for different members of our family and we all highly recommend them whether you are intend to buy, sell or rent out a property.
