great communication at all times

Chantal has kept me informed of all issues arising from the leasing of my unit. She has responded quickly and effectively in overseeing all necessary repairs. Moreover, she has been effective in ensuring that I have the right tenants.

The process of finding a home on real estate.com and leasing it through Richardson & Wrench was seamless and so easy. It's very much a team approach at Richardson & Wrench and I certainly appreciated the early stages of the leasing agreement. Thank you.
