Agencies in St Leonards, VIC, 3223

We had an excellent experience with this estate agent. They helped us secure a rental property within a week of arriving, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The property was exactly as described in the listing, with no surprises when we viewed or moved in. Communication throughout was prompt, professional, and reliable, and the team was always easy to contact whenever we had questions. We really appreciated the quick turnaround and efficient handling of everything from viewing to application and approval. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and responsive estate agent.

Linda has been a breath of fresh air to deal with. Responsive outside of hours, such a pleasurable experience in such an unpleasant rental market where service is not a priority.

Excellent service and got it done.

Very communicative and responsive team to support the tenets

We are able to secure the tenants with just 1 week after putting our property on market. We would recommend YPA team to you If you are planning to put your property for lease.

Victoria is one of the best property managers I encountered. Very professional
