I rented an apartment for 18 months through Ray White Ashfield until February 2024 and wanted to say a big Thank you to the team, especially Louisa Chan. Their service was always prompt, accurate and responsive to various needs and questions I had during my tenancy. The only reason why I didn't use their service for the apartment I currently live in was because I moved outside the areas where Ray White Ashfield had apartments available. Finley has been an excellent property manager. He’s always responsive, professional and easy to deal with. He communicates clearly, handles everything efficiently. For example our property was recently vacated and Finley recommended some required renovation work. He organised a quote and scheduled the work to be done promptly and turned the property around within the month. It is now released. He’s the best property manager we’ve had in 15 years of renting the property.
