Ray white has the high skill in communication with the owner and the tenants. We have good tenants occupy the property average 3 years even during COVID without too much impact to the owner especially the vacancy.

We have had a very positive experience dealing with Shahnuma as our property manager. Even though we haven’t worked with her for a very long time, she has consistently shown a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care in the way she handles everything. From the very beginning, she made us feel supported and valued as tenants. During our time renting with Village, Shahnuma was always approachable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Any time we had questions or concerns, she answered our calls and emails promptly and ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also so understanding and easy to communicate with. What stood out the most was her dedication and commitment to providing excellent service. She always kept us informed, followed up when needed, and made the overall renting experience far less stressful. Her attention to detail and proactive approach gave us confidence that we were in good hands. It’s clear that Shahnuma genuinely cares about both the tenants and her work, and that level of dedication does not go unnoticed. She is an absolute asset to the company, and we are very grateful for all the assistance and support she has provided. We would highly recommend Shahnuma to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and supportive property manager.
