Since Park Properties took over management of our unit a few years after we purchased in 1999, they have handled all aspects of managing our property extremely well. They did an excellent job recently in organising refurbishment of our unit and arranging reletting in the face of a number of external problems, mainly noise from excavation and rebuilding actions in a vacant block adjacent to our building. Nothing is ever a problem for them. We whole heartedly endorse all of the staff we have contact with.

We have been using Melissah and the team Park Props for nearly ten years to handle our property. Other family members a lot longer. Their communication regarding our unit is great, they are the market specialists in the area, their negotiation skills and professionalism excellent. We couldn't be any happier with their service.
