Highly Recommend Kho and Lee Property Management I've had an excellent experience with Kho and Lee Property Management. Their communication was always clear, professional, and timely, which made the entire process stress-free. Having had them as my agent for that last 15 years. They acted quickly at every stage and were able to secure quality tenants in a very short timeframe. Their knowledge of the rental market was evident, and their advice proved invaluable. They recommended updating the kitchen and replacing the living room flooring to make the property more attractive to prospective tenants, and the improvements made a significant difference. What impressed me most was how efficiently they organised reliable tradespeople to complete the work. Everything was arranged and finished promptly, helping to minimise vacancy and get the property back on the market as quickly as possible. The team's proactive approach, practical advice, and ability to deliver results make them an outstanding property management company. I would highly recommend Kho and Lee Property Management to any property owner looking for a responsive and effective property manager. Thanks in particular to Brian, Patricia and Thanh for your fantastic work
