Great managing agent, as keeps us informed and very professional.

Chris and the team at Shaed have been exceptional as property managers from day one. They're incredibly affable, always easy to reach, and genuinely take the time to guide you through every step of the process. As someone new to property, I really appreciated how clearly Chris explained everything and how proactive he was in making sure I felt confident and informed throughout. What really sets Chris apart is that he genuinely seems to care, not just about managing the property, but about looking after you as a client. He’s thoughtful, patient, and brings a level of personal attention that’s rare to find. It’s hard to overstate how much trust and reassurance that brings. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Chris or the team at Shead to anyone looking for a property manager they can truly rely on.

Matt Halon is very experienced and professional with the property renting market. He rented out my unit in Surry Hills in no time and he took care of everything from A to Z. I had bad experience with my previous real estate agent and it was such a relief to deal with Matt and Christina in particular and your company in general. I am very happy and satisfied with your service and I highly recommend your company to everyone I know that wants to buy or rent.

Great service, a pleasure to deal with and always in contact when you need.

We’ve been dealing with Conrad for a number of years now and he has always given us options and insights into the market. His professional attitude and work ethic has always supported the landlord‘s best interest while protecting the tenants rights.

Oktay is a great property manager. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable in all areas of tenancy.
