Over an extended and long distance initial process, Sally has been extremely helpful in getting things arranged for my lease. Finally meeting with Karen in the office yesterday, to sign the documents, was a continuation of the helpful and proficient service that covered all required. I look forward to an extended association with this team.

We are currently living in Penrith and looking for a new home in a different area has been quite a challenge. We found that many agencies required us to go up there on any given day and time to do inspections. With both of us working as well, this presented a huge difficulty. The agents were very helpful and kindly organized video (over the phone) inspections.
