The staff were approachable, organised, and supportive from the beginning until the final stage of the rental process. They handled inspections, paperwork, and communication efficiently, making everything easier to manage. I appreciated how they kept us informed and answered queries politely and patiently. Their professionalism and understanding helped create a positive experience during a stressful time of moving. The team also showed good attention to detail and ensured the process was completed properly. What made them stand out was their customer service and commitment to helping tenants feel comfortable and supported. Overall, the experience was smooth, reliable, and professionally managed from start to finish.

Matthew and the Ray White Haberfield team are easy to deal with, quick in getting anything done, and understand the needs of a family. In a competitive rental market that is often ruthless they made it a very positive experience and look after us.
