Agencies in Tuart Hill, WA, 6060

The whole process went very smooth, the property was listed during Christmas holidays however the agents were so supportive. The property had 2 home open and a private viewing and was leased straight away.

LJ Hooker made the renting experience a whole lot easier, with excellent communication and lots of useful information. Would definitely recommend to friends.

LJ Hooker have looked after our property for several years. Krystyl has been our property manager for the past 3-4 years. She has been excellent, responsive, professional and friendly. Nothing is to difficult for her. Krystyl knows the local market and provides insightful and timely advice. She keeps us regularly informed. Krystyl looks after our property and our tenants. I could not recommend her and LJ Hooker highly enough.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

My first introduction to the agency was with Deon, who was incredibly responsive, helpful and professional from the outset. She went above and beyond to assist me, even taking measurements at the property after my viewing so I could make informed decisions. That level of care and willingness to help immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with an agency that genuinely valued its clients. Throughout the process, the communication, professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional.

Upon meeting Ashleigh Mills I felt confident in her ability to present our unit. Everything about her including her personal appearance told me she was a professional at her job. This professionalism continued with any dealings I had with Ashleigh and would recommend her to anyone who asked. I feel at ease with her choice of the type of tenant for the unit

Very satisfied with the Edison rental team, who have managed my property since 2021

Edison absorbed our property from the take over of Elders real state circa 2013. Since we have had steady property managers with Alma and the Heshan we have enjoyed close personal attention to detail on the management of our property. Thank you so much Heshan

We've been consistently impressed with the support and professionalism from Edison Property and their Property Management Team throughout the years. A special shout-out to Alma and Heshan, who have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We truly appreciate their efforts and the team's commitment. Highly recommend!
