Kho and Lee has a remarkable property management team that is always carrying out the duty professionally. I would like to express a big thanks to Thanh and his team in managing my property recently. They help me manage a very difficult tenant, assist me renovate my studio and after all, secure a new tenant promptly. They are enthusiastic, focused on outcome and most importantly, keep me informed and advised throughout the whole process.

not helpful, not professional, not friendly, don’t have enough patience

Fantastic service looking after my property. Deals with alot of units in my building and knows the area. I have Direct contact with property manager if any issues

Agent was easy to communicate with and extremely trustworthy. Deep market knowledge and quick to match the right tenants to the property.

I had a very positive experience with Raine & Horne Pyrmont. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the rental process. They communicated clearly, answered my questions promptly, and made everything smooth and efficient. Their market knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence during the process. I really appreciated their support and would happily recommend them to others looking for a reliable real estate agency.

Working with the team to secure an apartment to suit my work needs and unique family circumstances at such a challenging time of year was a fantastic and seamless experience. The communication and responsiveness was well above my expectations and far superior to other real estate agents I have tried to work with. I am sure it is a team effort, but it would be remiss of me not to give a special mention to James and the support he provided. I look forward to working with the into the future.
