We had a good experience working with Chloe to lease our property. She was very knowledgeable throughout the process and took the time to walk us through each step, offering helpful advice and guidance when assessing potential tenants. The process took a little longer than we initially expected, likely due to a combination of market conditions and finding the right tenant. Chloe guided us through the process and kept things moving along. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but everything worked out in the end, and we're happy to have secured a quality tenant for our property.
