I found the staff at Four Walls to be friendly, helpful and patient when I was applying for a rental property. They were able to answer my queries and were very professional in finalising the tenancy agreement.

People were great very helpful and great place to deal with

Was a wonderful quick turn around finding a house to rent with four walls, from putting my application to viewing the house and signing the lease they worked with me and made it a smooth experience. Can not fault it all all

Very accomodating with the request and explain everything before the start of the agreement.

They have been so helpful with any and all issues that have come up and are great with their communication. Really enjoying my experience with them and hope to continue renting through them over the years.

Managing a rental property can be stressful, but this team makes it completely hassle-free. They are incredibly proactive, courteous, and efficient when dealing with both maintenance and tenant relations. I am very satisfied and look forward to a long working relationship.

I interviewed 3 agents to rent out my property and Alana was the impressive stand out. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgable about the market and every question I had about the renting process. After appointing Alana and Raine & Horne, she wasted no time in organising marketing and got the property to market in a matter of days and have gone above and beyond with guidance and support, every step of the way. As a first time land lord, there was a lot to do to get the house ready as I had been living in it and Alana has been nothing short of incredible with how responsive and helpful she has been from arranging trades and cleaners to promptly replying to texts and emails with my questions. I was highly impressed with their tenant selection process which is nothing short of rigorous, and I was fortunate to have secured a wonderful family as tenants. Alana and her team are property managers who genuinely care about both the landlord and their tenants - it shows in everything they do. Certainly a team you can trust with your investment.

I am currently working with Bundaberg team. They are very professional. Highly recommend them.
