Agencies in Wallan, VIC, 3756

I have been using their services since 2015, every time when I have issues at my renting property, the professional staff, who I have involved with giving excellent support and sort out the issues very quick, their customer service skills are unbelievable and the response time always in high stand. I don't have any regrets choosing them as me agent.

The FNPV representative, Kimberley, who managed the property and interacted with me on several occasions, was very coopertive, responded promptly to my requests, provided all the necessary information that I needed on different occasions and kept me well informed, all with a cheerful mood. The property was renovated in mid 2020 during which Kimberley showed great customer care by extending her support through the process despite COVID 19 pandemic. She paid special care to ensure that the property is secured after completion of the renovation. I found her to be thorough in her approach, polite and, most importantly, action oriented.

Great Agents and Good Communication

Sarah has been very helpful and responsive throughout my experience. She communicates clearly, follows up quickly and is always willing to help when an issue comes up. I recently had an issue with the exhaust fans in my apartment, and she handled it promptly and professionally. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her.

Her experience and strong understanding of property management requirements and relevant legislation give me genuine peace of mind and confidence that my investment property is being managed properly. It’s reassuring to know that Sarah is always on top of things and looking after both the property and my interests as an owner. I would highly recommend Sarah and the team at ARG Property Management to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and proactive property management team.

We’ve had a really positive experience with ARG Property Management throughout our tenancy. Communication has always been professional, clear and prompt, and any questions or concerns we’ve had have been handled efficiently. Our property manager, Sarah, has been particularly helpful and approachable. She has always been easy to communicate with and kept us informed throughout the process, including during our recent move-out. We really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and the clear communication around inspections and the vacate process.
