Kylie is a very proactive property manager, with strong stakeholder relationship management skills. We had a plumbing emergency at our property and Kylie responded quickly. Ensuring the tenants were happy and the emergency was fixed.

Kylie has been a please to deal with! Not living in the area ourselves and being our first investment, she took the time to answer our many questions and continues to keep us informed.

Our experience thus far with Shiels and co is flawless. Personalised treatment and lots of market knowledge!!! Kylie has been the best property manager we have ever had after years of renting our property. Her communication and management of tenancy has made the rental process easier then it has ever been!! Thankyou

I have been leasing my property with Ray White Bateau Bay for nearly 10 years. Because the property is over two hours from my home, I rely heavily on the team to keep me informed. They consistently provide timely updates on the tenant, conduct regular inspections and maintain proactive communication with the tenant on my behalf. The team is always professional, responsive, and willing to provide expert advice whenever needed.

10/10 Amanda Rix The reason I have two properties managed with Ray White Bateau Bay.

Engaged Amanda at Ray White Bateau Bay to rent out our property in the local area. The property management team were professional, efficient, and friendly with our property being leased out quickly. I'd recommend these property managers to any prospective owners wanting to rent their properties through this agency.
