A new Tennant was secured on the first viewing! However, the old carpet had been damaged and needed to be replaced. Hey Presto Again! Tiffany arranged this and the new carpet was laid in three days. Throughout the whole process Tiffany kept me informed of carpet quotes, other minor repairs that needed to be done and advised on compensation from the previous Tennant. How lucky I am!
