Very efficient in communication.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Chapman Real Estate. They have been absolutely amazing and incredibly efficient in helping my family and I find a rental to relocate to the Blue Mountains. From the very first enquiry, Nicole and Chloe were friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me secure a rental property. The whole process was smooth and stress-free — they kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. It’s so refreshing to deal with an agency that truly cares about their clients. If you’re looking to rent, buy, or sell in the area, I couldn’t recommend Chapman Real Estate Winmalee more highly. Their local knowledge, communication, and customer service are second to none.

Organised everything for our home to be rented with the minimum impact to our scedule. Could not recommend Kristy more highly.

Kristy and the team were very helpful from start to finish. The process happened very quickly and she was able to help out with any services we needed to get our home ready for new tenants. The neighbours recommended Mcgrath’s after selling their property. I’d highly recommend using them for renting or selling.

I have found Gabrielle to be a great agent. She is attentive to my and needs and questions and is professional at all times. I would highly recommend Gabrielle.

I have rented from Chapman since 2019. I feel like I realy lucked out having Jillian Doran as my property manager. She is always friendly, approachable and readily responsive to maintenance needs and followup. As a single mother with 4 children, having her on my side has been priceless. My old rental was sold. An event that I expected to be immensely stressful was comfortable and more respectful and thoughtful than I envisioned. A lovely experience all round.

The assistance I've received from the team has been outstanding! Their fast, informative communication, reassuring focus on my needs and a willingness to reach out with ideas and options have really impressed me. I went to them seeking some advice, but got so much more!
