I find the more experienced staff are more capable. I would like to see younger members of the team receive more mentoring in terms of skills and knowledge so they can better deal with the complexities of property management.

The rentals team was straight onto listing the unit once the last tenant gave notice. They provided us with clear feedback and had the property let within days of coming on the market to a more then qualified tenant.
