19 Waterfront Road Swan Bay
In November 2023, we engaged Daniel Wojko from PRD Real Estate through Local Agent Finder to market my property at Swan Bay. Unfortunately, our experience throughout the following two years was extremely disappointing. Communication was very limited, and I often had to chase for updates myself. Despite the property remaining on the market for a long period, there was very little buyer engagement, no meaningful progress, and very few inspections arranged. What made the experience more frustrating was unexpectedly receiving invoices from a third-party funding company for marketing fees and late charges, without having clearly understood this arrangement upfront. I ended up paying over $3k of marketing fees while the property was still on the market without having any sign of it being sold. After nearly two years with no successful outcome, we decided to withdraw the property from the market in December 2025. Thankfully, shortly after, Rob from Dowling Property stepped in and completely changed the experience. From day one, Rob was transparent, professional, and proactive. He clearly explained all fees and processes upfront, arranged numerous inspections, provided regular updates several times a week without needing to be prompted, and worked diligently with prospective buyers throughout the negotiation process. Most importantly, Rob successfully sold my Swan Bay property in less than six weeks — something I had almost lost hope in achieving after my prior experience. What really stood out was Rob’s commitment beyond the standard expectations of an agent. He even assisted with trying to sell some of the furniture in the property, which was genuinely above and beyond his role. We're incredibly grateful for Rob’s support, professionalism, and persistence throughout the process.
