Totally outstanding experience

I've bought and sold many properties over a 30-year period. I can say that working with Kris was the most positive experience I've had - it was outstanding. She achieved exceptional results by providing realistic advice and assessment of value, then following through to recommend what was needed in terms of improvement prior to going to market. Her strength is in identifying the factors that will really make a difference for the sale of a property and knowing what work needs doing and then helping to facilitate that through a team of people she has that can transform a property ready for sale. I never write reviews, in fact this is one of my first. I am writing this because my experience of Kris's service was so exceptional that I would recommend her to anyone in the real estate business.

An absolute rare find in a real estate agent

Anita is an absolute rare find in a real estate agent, someone who is very personable but also down to earth and authentic. Anita spent a lot of time at the house, discussing the market and the property and we built a relationship. It’s stressful selling a house and hard to objectively know the value of your own property, I appreciated her calmness and honesty and I really felt that I could trust her professional opinion on price and presentation.
