Chrystle, Mel and the team were really helpful, knowledgeable and motivated when helping me to sell my property. As an out-of-town seller, they were able to connect me with great local contacts in advance of the sale and had great familiarity with the local market which helped to get the price we wanted.

Being first home buyers in a market as competitive as Mackay was incredibly daunting. We had so many questions, so many unknowns, and at times the whole process felt overwhelming. From the very beginning, Chrystle took us under her wing and made us feel supported every step of the way. Instead of feeling like just another client, we genuinely felt like she was invested in helping us find the right home and making sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. What stood out most was her communication. Whether it was a quick text, a phone call, or answering one of our many questions, she was always approachable, responsive, and happy to help. She explained everything clearly, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and never made us feel like we were asking silly questions. As first home buyers, that level of patience and guidance was invaluable. Chrystle’s knowledge of the Mackay market was exceptional. She was honest, transparent, and always gave us practical advice rather than trying to pressure us into making decisions. We always felt like she genuinely had our best interests at heart, which gave us a huge amount of confidence during what is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. Thanks to her, we’ve ended up with a home that we absolutely love. Looking back, we honestly couldn’t imagine going through the process with anyone else. Her professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients are second to none. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will work tirelessly for you, communicate every step of the way, and genuinely care about getting the best outcome for you and your family, we couldn’t recommend Chrystle highly enough. She made what could have been a stressful experience an exciting and enjoyable one, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.

Excellent. Pro active to look at the property when it wasn't ready for sale. Regular communicator, assisted with organising tradies and services. Fantastic operator. Highly recommended
