James was professional and collaborative in his approach to selling our property. He communicated well throughout the process, was knowledgable about the local market, and took the stress out of selling.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with James Packham and Declan Robertson from Harcourts Packham to sell both our Henley Beach and Brooklyn Park properties — and we couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome. From the outset, James and Declan brought energy, confidence, and professionalism that instantly put us at ease. Their knowledge of the local market is second to none, and their strategic advice on timing, presentation, and marketing proved spot on. Backed by a highly efficient and dedicated team, every step of the campaign ran like clockwork. Both properties were marketed beautifully, attracted strong interest, and were sold swiftly with outstanding results — exceeding our expectations. What really sets James and Declan apart is their genuine care, constant communication, and commitment to achieving the best for their clients. They’re not just great agents — they’re a powerhouse duo we’d recommend to anyone wanting top-tier real estate service. Thank you James, Declan, and the Harcourts Packham team — you made the whole experience smooth, successful, and even enjoyable!

Excellent professionalism and communication between my tennant and myself, called once a week regarding the process of open inspections and follow ups on the sale of my town house. Great outcome on the sale within 2 months from the start to offer being made at the end of May.
