Karen communicates extremely well. She is clear and precise both over the phone and in person. She is professional whilst being respectful and kind. Karen always responds to messages promptly. Karen was able to put us both at ease over some anxieties we had regarding issues with our neighbours and concerns my wife had regarding in particular, the Open home inspections.
