The whole process from consultation to settlement was no more than 2 months and the final sale price was more than 150k more than expected and +50k more than Brian initially targeted. Lots of moving parts that were streamlined by Brian and his outstanding work ethic. He is motivated, responsive and a pleasure to deal with - can’t speak highly enough of him.
