We had a 5 weekend open house schedule followed by the auction. The open houses ran seamlessly and we know for a fact Joe did a lot of work behind the scenes in utilizing his contacts, both developers and life style buyers to view the property. Auction day quickly came around and was extremely nerve wracking, however the champagne corks were soon popping when we exceeded our reserve and expectations.
