Alex did a superb job to work with us to get our home on the market within a tight time frame. The styling and marketing of the home was well considered. She consistently made herself available to display the home and engaged productively with potential buyers. We felt well informed throughout and well represented in a market that posed numerous challenges.

From the start, Alexandra had a realistic, and as it turned out, accurate vision of how the sale process would proceed. She had a very good understanding of the local market, and type of buyer that would be most interested in the property. This knowledge greatly helped us prepare the property for an optimal outcome.

Alex was excellent to work with. Professional and charming. Highly recommend her.

From the outset of the engagement, Leonie developed a comprehensive market analysis and sales strategy that achieved a sale price significantly above our expectations. It was clear in our dealings with her that she has significant experience with the selling process evident by her extensive buyer network and her ability to build trust with both us and the prospective buyers. She took great care to build rapport, meticulously understand each of the buyer’s profiles and skillfully marketed our property to their requirements. Leonie is highly responsive and professional in her communications keeping us regularly updated with phone calls, emails and meetings on request. I would strongly recommend Leonie for the sale of your next property.

Leonie was a wonderful agent to work with throughout the six-month process to buy a smaller home and then to sell our beloved family home of 33 years. She was highly professional and knowledgeable. She was generous with her time to step through the process with the whole family. Leonie was proactive and consistent in communicating with all relevant family members. As circumstances required, she was able to help us to identify and solve challenges, and willing to take up a range of tasks. Her humour and warmth made the whole process easier, and she achieved a great outcome in a difficult market. Our family would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling.

This was a very pleasant experience from the outset. Leoni has a vibrant personality and a soothing nature, her knowledge is outstanding, she is passionate and cares about what she does. The communication throughout the sale was second to none.
