Although costly, this gave tremendous benefit to the final price, which would had been much lower, than without. He was able to appeal to the potential buyer, to keep raising their offer several times, to get us the best possible price. It made us happier to sell. He took many photos, for display on the internet selling pages, which enhanced the look of the property and hid many imperfections, such as some weeds in the garden.
