Ashleigh recently sold our first family home in Maddington. She was very knowledgeable with the property market and allowed us to take our time to decide when we were ready to put our home on the market. She helped us get our home ready to sell and within less then two weeks our property was under offer. We highly recommend Ashleigh and appreciate all the help and guidance through a big step in our lives.

We recently purchased a house through Ashleigh from O'Neil Real Estate, and had a very positive experience, Ashleigh was professional, knowledgeable, and invested in helping us find our dream home. If you’re looking for a reliable and passionate real estate agent, Ashleigh is the one to call! Thank you, Ashleigh, for making our home-buying journey a positive and memorable one.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashleigh from O’Neil Real Estate and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Ashleigh was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. Her marketing strategy was top-notch, she has excellent attention to detail and being a home owner 2 hours away from my investment property, she kept me informed every step of the way. Ashleigh made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She provided valuable insights into the market, helped me set a competitive price (and get more than I thought possible!). I appreciated her honest feedback & ideas of what needed to be done to ensure the property was ready for the market. She communicated effectively with all parties involved and worked hard getting multiple offers on my house in a very short time. The home was well prepared for showings & even offering a walk thru video for the East Coast investors who were interested. Overall, I can highly recommend Asheleigh to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a lovely natured and easy to relate to person who made the whole process soo positive! Thanks Ashleigh!!
