Not needing to deal with a real estate agent for over 20 years, and having James highly recommended by a third party, I can honestly say that he exceeded all expectations in terms of integrity, professionalism, as well as being kind, respectful and willing to go above and beyond.  There was nothing too small, too large that he could not assist.  From the moment we met to the day of sale he couldn’t have been more obliging, helpful and  proactive.  This was especially so during lockdown when tasks had to be managed in a controlled, timely manner.  James has an extensive knowledge of the market both in terms of potential buyers and their expectations to matching that of the vendor.  You cannot go wrong engaging James, you won’t regret it.
