Lucas went above and beyond to get a great result for the sale of our unit, working with the holiday letting team to get access for showings etc. Communication was always at a great level, I don't think I had to chase Lucas for anything - he was always proactive and professional, and willing to consult and discuss various options to get the right result.

We had met Paul 12-months prior at another open home and he made such an impression, that we remembered him by his kindness when he just happened to be showing the home we wanted to buy. We had joked that “if we were buying, this is a guy who deserved his commission.” In a tough market, we had met a number of agents and were so surprised with Paul’s care, consideration and kind honesty that he showed to us as the buyer.
